I got this from Amazon it doesn’t work. Didn’t pick up much debris any stuff at the bottom of my inground pool. It’s supposed to work for above and inground pools. I was so disappointed sending it back broken.

How do you clean the filter

It’s showing green when plugged in but it won’t turn on. I have used it 3 times and loved it. Any ideas on what may be the problem?

Mine is blowing debris from the side! I’ve never noticed it before…. Why would it be doing that now?

I am a new owner of the watertech volt FX-8. I literally just put it together after picking it up from the local pool store. Question: i am charging the device for the first time. After connecting it to the charger the light on the charger turned red. It staid red for about 15 minutes and it is now green. I was under the belief that charging took 4 hours. Is it ok to use. ?

Why when I vacumn do I see debris coming out of sides of red part. Where is this coming from and why is this doing that. It’s like picking up from bottom and seeing my pool water with debris coming out from sides, seeing debris floating around in what I just vacuumed?

I used mine twice and now it won't charge it worked great but can't figure out why it stopped it can't have more than 1 hour on it
